The National IT-BPO Career Guidance Fair aims to create a paradigm shift in the way students, parents and other stakeholders view potential careers. We want to encourage them to break away from traditional career choices and attract talented youth to the rapidly growing IT-BPO industry.

The career guidance fair is open to parents, career counselors from schools, O/L and A/L students and also existing middle management professionals, who might be interested in entering the growing IT-BPO industry. All other stakeholders in the industry such as potential employers, educational and training institutions will also be present.

Championed by the Ministry of Education, the career guidance fair will feature top names in the industry as well as educational sessions for job seekers.
